Welcome to Accept Believe and Change. ABC Center is 501(c)(3) public charity that helps children and their families affected by special needs and disabilities.
Our Mission is to be an early intervention resource center for parents and caregivers and to raise awareness to the world so that all children with special needs will have every possible advantage to be successful.
The saying goes, "It takes a village to raise a child." Well, there was no village for children living with disabilities, so we are building the Accept Believe and Change Early Intervention Resource Center also known as ABC Center.
There are an estimated 22,000 children in Illinois living with Autism.
Another 1,200 are expected in the next year.
To all parents and caregivers, Accept Believe and Change (ABC) will be the center that builds on the foundation of the family as well as replenishing the spirit. We will give you a place to turn, and we'll show you, you're not alone. You will have the services of the whole center behind you and your child. You and your child will never be judged. We will learn together and dreams will be achieved at Accept Believe and Change (ABC). For this is our philosophy:
Accept, Believe...and Change will follow.
